Normal Service

A workshop refresh for a structurally sound bat that mainly needs cleaning, preparation and fresh protection.

  • General cleaning and preparation
  • Light surface clean-up and finishing
  • Old face-cover residue removed where practical
  • New grip
  • New Fibre or Clear scuff / face cover — same price
  • Final workshop finish and protection
Optional L2I Toe Guard +R100. Polyurethane-rubber toe protection. Toe and shoulder binding are not currently offered as add-ons.

Full Refurbishment

For a well-used bat with face cracks, splits, toe damage or general structural wear that needs more than a clean-up.

  • Removal of current stickers
  • Full cleaning and workshop preparation
  • Sanding and oiling
  • New grip
  • New scuff / face protection
  • General repairs to the bat face
  • L2I Toe Guard
  • Final finishing and protection
Additional repair work starts from R150. Any work beyond the general face repairs is assessed and confirmed before it is carried out.

Handle Replacement

For a broken, cracked, loose or compromised handle, with the associated workshop preparation and repair around the handle and shoulder area.

  • Damaged handle removed
  • New cricket bat handle
  • Round, Semi-Oval or Oval shape
  • Handle binding and new grip
  • Normal Service cleaning, sanding and oiling preparation
  • Related handle / shoulder repair and strengthening
  • Final finishing and protection
R850 excludes new stickers, a new scuff / face cover and toe protection. Handle shaping and adjustment are included in the service itself.
